Returns and exchanges

EXCHANGE POLICY

 

All outfits purchased from us may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery or in-store purchase, provided that:

• The outfit is unworn, unwashed and in perfect condition.
• All original tags and packaging remain intact.
• The outfit has no stains, makeup marks, perfume, body odour, damage or alterations.

All returned outfits will be inspected before an exchange is approved. Customers are responsible for all logistics and delivery costs associated with returning and receiving an exchanged outfit.
