What is the difference between custom orders and ready-to-wear?
Custom: Made from scratch with your measurements and fabric choice.
Ready-to-wear: Already made and available for fast delivery.
Which option is best if I need my outfit urgently?
Ready-to-wear is best for urgent orders ā delivered within 3 days. For same-day or very urgent needs, we recommend visiting our store.
How long does it take to make a custom outfit?
Custom outfits take 7 working days to make before delivery.
Ā Ā Can I customize ready-to-wear items?
No ā ready-to-wear items are already made and cannot be customized.
Do you produce for kids?
No ā we currently produce for women only.
Can I send my own design and you use your own fabric?
No ā we only produce our own designs. You can choose from our styles and select your preferred fabric for custom orders.

Is your size chart UK or US sizing?
No ā our size chart is unique to our brand.
What happens if I choose the wrong size?
The outfit will not fit, and a remake will attract an extra charge.
Can I send my own measurements instead of picking a size?
Yes ā you can input your exact measurements for custom orders.
Should I use the same size I use with other brands?
No ā always use your current measurements, not other brand sizes.

When will my order be shipped?
Ready-to-wear ships within 3 working days. Custom orders ship after production is completed.(production takes 7 working days)

Yes ā we ship worldwide.
How long does delivery take for international orders?
Delivery takes 5ā10 working days after your order is shipped.
How long does delivery take outside Lagos (within Nigeria)?

Can I return my outfit?
Yes ā returns are accepted only if the item meets our return conditions.
What condition must my item be in to qualify for a return?
Items must be unworn, in perfect condition, and with all tags intact.
Who is responsible for returning the item?
The customer is responsible for returning the item to our store.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
We offer exchanges only ā all approved returns are exchanged, not refunded.
