Kindly read through all the information stated below before placing your order. When we receive your order we assume that you have read our policy and accepted the terms and conditions.
All outfits are made in Nigeria.
READY TO WEAR
Ready to wear collection are outfits that are already produced in the same fabric and ready to be shipped within 3 working days after you place your order.
You cannot use your actual measurement or upload fabric when shopping from the ready to wear collection. Use our size chart to select the right size for you.
CUSTOM COLLECTION
Custom collection are outfits made from the scratch using your preferred fabric and size/measurement.
when shopping from the custom You will be required to Upload a screenshot of your preferred fabric from the fabric catalogue provided in the product page before adding to cart.
The same style will be made in the fabric you chose.
Please do not upload any other fabric apart from the ones in the fabric catalogue on the same day you are placing your order. we delete sold out fabrics and update new ones daily.
Fabrics in the catalogue are what we currently have available and uploading any other fabric will delay your order as we will have to contact you to choose from the catalogue.
please note that in rare cases we might run out of a particular fabric you picked during production and will reach out to you to pick a similar fabric from our catalogue:
Please confirm size using our size guide only or input current measurements in the space provided on the product page. Please ensure your size /measurement is correct before placing your order.
We charge a fee of N10,000 to produce a new outfit If you order a wrong size.
We offer conditional exchange and All logistics are handled by the customer.
If you are taller than average, please indicate your height and purchase the extra lenght that corresponds to the length you want.
Please not that we cannot change the design of any outfit, we can only increase the length of your outfit when you order from the custom collection.

Other states - ready to wear 6 days
International - custom made 20 days
International - ready to wear 10 days
Store pickup - custom made 7 days. (Wait for pickup notification)
Store pickup -ready to wear 3 days. (Wait for pickup notification)
Weekends and holidays not included
Shipping /pickup updates are automatically sent to the email address used to place your order.
We are currently using ups for international shipping and gig for interstate deliveries.
INTERSTATE/INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES
Due to factors like size, style and weight of different fabrics we can’t predict the weight of your package until it has been packaged for delivery.
Therefore you will be charged delivery fee for 0.5-2kg on the website. Then if your delivery costs more after packaging, we will contact you to make complete payment.
Always input a working phone number and email address when placing your order
Kindly provide an address where someone can pickup your package in your absence and at anytime during the day as we cannot predict the exact moment the delivery company will get to your location.
