Returns and exchanges

💰 REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

• No refunds for items in good condition

• Exchanges for defective items within 48 hours:
– Item must be unworn
– Tag must be attached

• In-store purchases cannot be exchanged

• Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged

• If a refund is approved after production/packaging: –20% processing and handling fee will be deducted
– Refund processed within 48 hours to the original payment method
