READY-TO-WEAR

Ready-to-wear items are pre-made in selected fabrics and sizes.

• Ships within 3 working days
• Not customizable
• Fabric selection and measurements are not required
• Please use our size chart to select your correct size

 

CUSTOM COLLECTION

Custom pieces are made from scratch using your selected fabric and measurements.

• Production time: 7 working days (excludes delivery)
• Select fabric from our fabric catalogue (link on product page)
• Upload a screenshot of your selected fabric before adding to cart
• The same style will be made in your chosen fabric

 

⚠️ FABRIC & STYLE GUIDELINES

• Do not upload outfit images — we may not have that fabric
• Fabrics are updated regularly; unavailable fabrics are sold out
• In rare cases, a selected fabric may become unavailable — you will be contacted to choose an alternative

• Fabric colors may appear slightly different due to lighting, camera, and screen settings. Minor shade variations may occur, especially between similar tones

• Only length adjustments are allowed
• Styles cannot be altered

 

📏 SIZING, FIT & ALTERATIONS

• Confirm your size using our size guide or provide accurate measurements
• Ensure all measurements are correct before placing your order

• Minor adjustments after production may be required — this is normal

Alterations:

• In-store fittings allow us to perfect your fit
• For delivered orders, adjustments can be done:
– At our store (client handles logistics)
– With a local tailor

• We do not offer refunds for minor fit adjustments

• Clients are responsible for:
– Providing accurate measurements
– Handling logistics for post-delivery adjustments

• Incorrect measurements will require a remake (₦15,000 fee)

 

📏 LENGTH ADJUSTMENTS

• Outfit length varies by size
• You may request shorter or longer lengths

If you are taller than average:
• Indicate your height
• Purchase extra length where required

 

📦 PRODUCTION & DELIVERY

CUSTOM ORDERS

• Production: 7 working days

Delivery after production:
• Lagos: 3 working days
• Other States: 7 working days
• International: 13 working days
• Store Pickup: Ready within 7 working days

 

READY-TO-WEAR

• Lagos: Delivered within 3 working days
• Other States: Delivered within 6 working days
• International: Delivered within 10 working days
• Store Pickup: Ready within 3 working days

Weekends and public holidays are not included.

🚚 SHIPPING INFORMATION

• Tracking updates are sent via email

We use:
• UPS (international)
• GIG (interstate)

Shipping Fees:
• Covers 0.5–2kg packages
• Final cost depends on weight after packing
• If exceeded, you will be contacted before dispatch

• You may also use your preferred courier (pickup arranged by you)

Orders cancelled after packaging or shipment processing has begun may incur a Processing & Handling Fee to cover packaging, payment processing, and logistics-related costs already incurred.

📍 DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS

• Provide a valid phone number and email
• Provide an address where delivery can be received at any time

If using a dispatch rider or third-party service, do not use their number as your main contact. Add their details in the order notes instead.

Orders without a reachable personal number may be delayed.

💰 REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

• No refunds for items in good condition

• Exchanges for defective items within 48 hours:
– Item must be unworn
– Tag must be attached

• In-store purchases cannot be exchanged
• Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged

• If a refund is approved after production/packaging:
– 30% processing and handling fee will be deducted
– Refund processed within 48 hours

This size chart is used for all our outfits.
Please note that it is not based on UK or US sizing.

Kindly ensure that your current measurements match the size selected before placing your order.

If your measurements do not correspond with the selected size, your outfit may not fit properly.

We strongly advise against guessing your size or using sizes from other brands, as sizing may differ.

If your measurements fall across different sizes, you may input your exact measurements when placing a custom order, and we will work with that.

Please note that if your measurements fall across multiple sizes, Ready-to-Wear items may not be suitable, as they are already made according to our standard size chart.

A fee of ₦15,000 will apply for remaking an outfit due to incorrect size selection.
All logistics costs for exchanges will be covered by the customer.

IMPORTANT LENGTH INFORMATION

Our outfit lengths vary based on the size ordered. This is because body sizes are different, so the length needed to achieve the same look will also be different.

For example, the length used to achieve knee-length on a size 6 will not be the same length used for a size 16. However, both outfits will still appear knee-length when worn.

Because of this, we do not use one fixed length measurement for all sizes. Length is adjusted based on the client’s size to maintain the look shown on the model.

If you want the same length as shown on the model, you do NOT need to pay for extra length. Simply provide:
• Your size
• Your height (example: 5’3”, 6ft, etc.)

This helps us determine the right length for you.

If you are very particular about your preferred length, please include your exact dress length measurement from your shoulder to where you want the outfit to stop.

If you want your outfit longer than the style shown on the model:
• 1–4 inches extra length → No extra charge
• 5 inches and above extra length → Extra length fee applies

Please note:
All trousers/pants are made in a standard length of 47 inches unless a custom length is provided.

 

We currently accept payments in Naira (₦) and US Dollars ($) only.

Our website displays prices in Naira, but you can easily switch to USD and pay with your card.
